Established in 1968 and based in Valencia, over the decades Raimundo have cultivated a reputation in their instruments for reliable, excellent quality, winning many craftsmanship awards natively and abroad.
The contemporary Raimundo workshops are staffed by 29 craftsmen carefully building according to traditional methods. This lutherie enterprise is led by Victor Raimundo, who has now overseen the successful growth of the family business for the past twenty years. More than 80% of Raimundo guitars leave their native Spain to be cherished by players all over the world.
Having an expansive and truly comprehensive range that includes Flamenco, short-scale and electro-classical instruments, Raimundo guitars represent a popular choice for players at all levels and styles. A wide range of highly attractive tone woods are represented, resulting in plenty of choice both cosmetically and acoustically.
Raimundos are immensely popular with our customers, who are especially fond of the sweet, warm, personal character of tone and superb playing comfort; smaller instruments in particular offer outstanding value for young, developing players or appeal to those who find models such as Raimundo's 'Bossa Nova' range more manageable than full-size instruments.
