Back and Sides Solid Indian rosewood
Width at nut 47 mm
Scale length 65 cm
This attractive guitar is a variation on the electro-classical theme designed to appeal to those who are looking for something a little different - possibly an instrument that offers a similar playability to, and captures some of the aesthetic of, a folk electro; but with a 'classical' build. With this in mind, the fingerboard width is both narrower (47 mm at the nut instead of the usual 51-52 mm) and is slightly cambered.
The tone is bold and clean, with very good volume acoustically - electronics are Fishman ProBlend.
A note to say how pleased I am with the Raimundo 128. It came with us for a week's holiday to Suffolk and I have been getting to know it. The playing has been coming back to me after a long interval; the guitar is very responsive with a warm singing tone.
