Hygiene and cleanliness
There will be hand gel available for you to use at your convenience. You are also welcome to wash your hands in the WC as often as you wish. We will wash our hands before touching anything we give you. Please wash your hands on arrival, either with soap and water or using the hand gel provided.
There will be disposable masks available for you if you have not got one with you.
Mail order
All guitars and all cleanable items (such as laminated music) are thoroughly cleaned before despatch.
Music and accessories
At present, due to the risk of contact transmission, we regret that we cannot offer visiting customers the opportunity to browse our range of music and accessories. If we have something in stock and you would like it please ask – we would be happy to advise, or get it for you!
Trying instruments
We have a programme which combines isolating and cleaning instruments in place to deal with the risk of contact transmission. All instruments will be made safe to play before and after you try them.
Social distancing
Our setup here at the Centre has always been that of individual rooms where customers can try instruments in privacy. In the light of distancing guidelines, we will put out a selection of instruments of your choice for you in your room and then invite you in to try it. We will keep at a distance and leave you to it!
If you would like advice, a change of selection or for us to demonstrate guitars, there is plenty of room for us to do this without coming into close contact with you.
Please let us know that you are planning to visit beforehand so that we can arrange for you to do so. We regret that we cannot accommodate casual callers at this time.
In order to help us comply with social distancing requirements, we respectfully request that you do not visit with anyone from outside your household group and that you bring no more than two companions with you.
