Almansa’s CSCW series offer a variation on the electro-classical theme designed to appeal to those who are looking for something a little different – possibly an instrument that offers similar playability to, and captures some of the aesthetic of, a folk electro; but with a ‘classical’ build. With this in mind, the fingerboard width is both narrower (47 mm at the nut instead of the usual 51-52 mm) and is slightly cambered.
Fitted with Fishman’s ProBlend system, this all-solid instrument has a clear, smooth tone with good separation and balance.
